When you’re stressed because of your social life, stress because of your work loads, job, health, because of the loved ones and their life and trying to solve everything, but don’t know what to do at this crucial moments, I just want to tell you that this is stress and your stress

is your headache, no one else is going to treat it or heal it but YOU and only YOU. I am experienced with it. You have to take a deep breath and try to think from the start of your problem and figure it out by asking a solution to your brain. One tip: don’t think about past and wish (Why I didn’t do that, i should have done

this and not that) and all the thoughts like that will only harm you and distract you to think in a correct manner. Stress can be overcome by YOU not by situations.Think and think again and think again and decide what you wanna do.

Because stress is mental state everyone suffering from. Be kind to yourself and others. Thankyou

Green tea

Asalamualaikum, I am Armeen.

I have recently heard about the benefits of green tea, I am very conscious about my health. I can’t tolerate pimples on my face and Alhumdulillah, my skin is acne free. So i thought to start green tea and then I start Searching about green tea benefits and risks and all the precautions of taking green tea. I searched it continuosly day and night about the risks and all now I figured it out. Because I was thinking it for so long.

So I concluded it as, i should start green and today was my first day of in taking it. I don’t know whether it will suit me or not. I am experimenting green to on my body and health and I am hoping that it wouldn’t harm me too much. And at the end of my blog i just like to add some benefits of Green tea.
